I know it won't have any side effects, it's more cost effective and I won't build up a tolerance. It also feels better, literally and mentally, to align with nature.
We can only do so much on our own in regards to achieving optimal health. I have made drastic improvements with these products, by both reducing toxins in the products I use and by supplementing my health with natural alternatives. The increased health and vitality for both myself and my clients are undeniable. Remember to reapply more often than you would with synthetic medicine, for it requires a more consistent exposure to be effective.

Build a healthy foundation
Over the years, as I connect with others for their health consultations I have come to notice a common thread. Most ailments, goals and needs begin with a few key products from dōTERRA that really lay the foundation for optimal health. That is why we created 'Foundational Health' as its own category, it really is vital.
Getting the right amount of nutrients from our food is not a realistic goal these days. Most of us don't eat in a way that covers all of our nutritional needs. Even for the ones who do, our soil has become depleted over time. We all benefit from taking daily vitamins and supplements.
That's why I am passionate about starting your day off with both the Lifelong Vitality trio of vitamins and supplements along with the trio of MetaPWR products.
The Lifelong Vitality Trio is paramount for foundational health. Our soil has been depleted over the last century so no matter how healthy you eat, we just don't have the same amount of nutrients in our food from our soil that we used to. Coupled with our convenient processed food, toxic products and good old fashion stress, we do need to support ourselves with bioavailable vitamins that will support our internal health.

Improve Digestion
TerraZyme - This is a great enzyme to aid in the digestion of your food. Take before large meals, foods that are harder to digest or late meals.
PB Assist - Our probiotic is vital for gut health. 70% of our immune system lives in our GI. Be sure to switch to our PB Assist Jr or another brand 1-2 times a year, then resume with PB Assist for the duration.
Peppermint Softgels - Relieves occasional digestive discomfort
Peppermint Beadlets - Handy to have in your purse or pocket. These mighty but mini beadlets not only freshen breath and open airways, it's also a tummy tamer.
DigestZen Softgels - DigestZan in a softgel form for preventing or relieving stomach aches.
DigestZen DigestTabs - This is your TUMS replacement. Taken when your stomach isn't 100%.

Reduce Stress
Adaptiv EO - Adaptiv is an amazing blend that allows you to have sustained focus while easing your body and mind. It has supported soldiers to phase out their PTSD medications and is effective for anyone who experiences stress and anxiety on any level. One of my favorite blends.
Adaptiv Touch - A handy way to enjoy this oil with ease. I carry this roller bottle in my purse and use it as needed, at home or on the go.
Adaptiv Softgel - Layering products is an effective way to get the best result. Taking Adaptiv Softgel while diffusing the EO or using the touch roller bottle on pulse points will help you to find that peaceful state of mind more quickly and longer lasting.
Balance EO - Balance is a woodsy blend of oils that is all about grounding. Great for yoga or meditation.
Lavender EO - The FDA allowed dōTERRA to conduct a study on a controlled group of humans over a five year period of time. At the end of the study, they deemed our lavender 'pharmaceutical grade'. *Mic drop* How do we get such a consistent product without using synthetics? Multiple regions to source from and skilled scientists in our lab. They alter the ratios of the various lavenders to have the same composition of oils for a consistent outcome of lavender, regardless of the variables in nature; weather, heavy rains, drought, etc.
Cheer EO - This is an uplifting oil that correlates to our solar plexus chakra, if you follow yoga ideology. Wonderful for turning your day around or adding to the sunshine you are already feeling. A happy blend of citrus and spice essential oils provides an aromatic, cheerful boost of happiness and positivity. Its sunshiny, fresh, optimistic aroma will brighten any moment of your day.
Peace EO - This is a wonderful oil for reducing stress and finding peace. Correlated to your throat chakra, this oil will be a wonderful tool for reducing the noise around you and helping you to find your inner zen.
Relieve Pain
Deep Blue Stick with Copaiba - Deep Blue is fantastic for pain relief of aches and sore muscles. Paired with Copaiba amplifies the benefits of Deep Blue and is easy to use in this stick form. This is your Ben Gay replacement.
Deep Blue Polyphenol - Layering products is an effective way to get the best result. This is your Tylenol replacement when layered with Deep Blue Stick or Rub.
Turmeric Dual Chamber Capsules - Dual Chamber are the key words for this amazing supplement. Keeping the turmerones and curcuminoids separate until ingested is the winning element of this capsule. Turmerones help to absorb the curcuminiods better this way.
Frankincense EO - 1-2 drops of Frank under your tongue daily is a powerful tool for reducing inflammation.
Breathe Easy
Breathe EO - Breathe has been a game changer for me. I've had chronic asthma for 33 years and for the first 29 years, I ended up in ER every 12-15 months, despite the western medicine that I take twice a day. Since I began this dōTERRA lifestyle, I haven't been to ER once in the past four years. The only thing that is different is my swapping out toxic based products for dōTERRA's and using Breathe in my diffuser every night consistently and in the daytime as needed - along with my western medicine. If you have a life threatening disease such as asthma, please work with your doctor on your treatment. I'm in no way suggesting that you quit any medicine without consulting the doctor who prescribed them.
Breathe Touch - I carry this roller bottle of Breathe in my car and enjoy the ease of having it while running errands. Especially if I come across something stinky, I have this to roll under my nose.
Breathe Vapor Stick - This is your Vick's Vapor Rub replacement. Rub on your chest, neck, under your nose to ease your congestion and to open up your airways.
Breathe Drops - Great alternative to sweet mints. This mint flavored drop (like a hard candy shape) is a nice go to for when you have a froggy throat or just want to refresh.
Cardamom EO - I first heard about this spice when my friend said she put it in her coffee grounds for good health. I later learned that cardamom is a powerful oil for both GI and respiratory health! A close relative to Ginger, Cardamom is known as an expensive cooking spice and for being beneficial to the digestive system in a variety of ways when ingested. Its distinct scent can promote a positive atmosphere. Ingested Cardamom also has profound effects on the respiratory system due to its high 1,8-cineole content, which promotes clear breathing and respiratory health.
Triease - TriEase Softgels blend contains an equal ratio of Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint essential oils to support a healthy respiratory system and help your body deal with seasonal threats.*

AirX - I think of clean air when I think of this oil. I use it with Breathe to freshen our bedroom. It has an intense citrus aroma from the Litsea Oil. Freshens up any room with ease.
Abode Surface Spray Concentrate - Wanting my house clean and protecting my respiratory health was always a conundrum for me. This product has solved that for me and therefore has become one of my favorite products by dōTERRA. This plant based spray works as well as my old chemical laden products and I don't feel tight or wheezy afterwards.
The naturally powerful, plant-based formula is free from phosphates, sulfates, phthalates, dyes, and chlorine.

Bedtime Rituals
Serenity EO - Serenity is a fabulous aid for falling asleep and staying asleep longer. Diffuse it next to your bed or if you bed partner doesn't need this oil, simply put it on the bottom of your feet and big toe, so that you can enjoy the benefits of it without them being exposed.
Serenity Softgels - Layering products is an effective way to get the best result. Take 1-2 softgels 30 minutes before bed along with diffusing the EO next to your bed. You can also reapply the EO to your pulse points if you do happen to wake up before morning.
Serenity Bath Bar - If you love Serenity oil, you'll love this bath bar of soap. Made from our Serenity blend, it is the ticket to relaxation. Whether you use it in the morning to have a gentle start to your day or unwind the day with it, this blend is the best solution for relaxation and sleep that I've found. Bar none over any western medicine.
Exfoliating Body Scrub- I love this body scrub! It is just gritty enough to feel like you are exfoliating your skin yet is surrounded by wonderfully juicy plant based goodness that it feels like a treat. Infused with Wild Orange, Grapefruit, and Ginger, this luxurious scrub provides a custom at-home spa experience that entices the senses, pampers the body, and warms the soul.
Reveal Facial System - This two step rejuvenation treat for your face is easy to do and leaves your skin feeling fresh. I love simplicity and these two products make it easy to keep your skin feeling and looking its best.
Copaiba - These amazing 100' tall trees are from Brazil and the benefits from the oil are countless. Great for internal health and calming. My favorite fun fact is that whatever it's paired with it will amplify the benefits of that other product. That's why dōTERRA paired it with our Deep Blue Stick but don't stop there. You can pair it with anything; Serenity, On Guard, Adaptiv or your favorite oil. Many of my clients have replaced their higher priced CBD with Copaiba that is cost effective and tested for purity.
Boost Immunity
On Guard Hand Sanitizing Spray - This is one of my favorite products. I keep them in my home, car, purse, everywhere I would need one. It's easy to use, doesn't leave your hands greasy or sticky and is 99% effective for fighting germs.
Roller Bottles (6) - Use one of these for the flu bomb recipe below. The other 5 can be used as needed for various DIY's such as; skin tags, ear aches, age spots, nail fungus and more.
Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO) - This carrier oil never fails. Since the proteins have been extracted it will never coagulate and keep your rollers from flowing. It also helps the EO to absorb better because it slows down evaporation. Lastly, it must be used on hot oils such as; Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Cinnamon and Clove.
Frankincense EO - We love this oil so much we call him, Our boy Frank. Great for inflammation, internal health, radiant skin, this is one of my top five favorite oils.
Lemon EO - A great antioxidant when added to a glass of water (not plastic). Also gets the sticky residue that is left behind when removing stickers. Please avoid the sun for 10 hours if applied topically.
Oregano EO - Helpful for ear aches when applied with FCO to front and backs of ears, don't put the EO inside of your ear. Also yummy to cook with. Be sure to swirl a dipped toothpick, for one drop would be too strong. These oils are concentrated and will last you a long time.
On Guard EO - Our line of defense when it comes to immune boosting. That's why we've put it in our toothpaste, mouthwash, dental floss, cleaning concentrate and so much more.
Tea Tree EO - All things cleansing. From nail fungus to adding a few drops to your shampoo, this oil is all about leveling up the clean factor.
Try Shari's Flu Bomb Recipe!
10 drops of each, top off roller bottle with FCO. Apply to pulse points and spine every 2-4 hours at the first sign of sickness.

TerraShield - I love this product so much. I always loathed OFF and other bug sprays, even when I was a kid and didn't know better, my intuition did.
